We are seeking multiple talented people for our Development Group and Consulting Services Group for the following positions:
Lead Application Developers / Software Engineers / Integration Specialists
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 3+ years of experience
- Ability to work with Business Analysts in taking new product modules from design to completion
- Web Client: JQuery, CSS, HTML, Javascript (AJAX)
- Database Apps: Knowledge of SQL, complex joins, user functions, procedures
- Application Server: C# development skills
- HTML5 a plus
- Experience in un-tethered (offline) and tethered (online) mobile communications with various hardware clients, mobile platforms, and operating systems a plus
C# Developer(s) for Core Development Team
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 3+ years of experience
- C# development skills
- Experience in developing Web based application
- Strong knowledge in Object Oriented development methodology
- Experience in WCF, WF, LINQ, XML, Web Services, Silverlight
- Unit Testing
- Working knowledge of Visual Studio 2008/2010
- Knowledge of field service requirements and integration expertise to ERP systems are a huge plus.
- Experience in un-tethered (offline) and tethered (online) mobile communications with various hardware clients, mobile platforms, and operating systems a plus
Project Manager - Field Service Implementations
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience
- Experience with mid to large scale field service or call center software implementations and projects is mandatory
- Ability to manage direct interaction with customers and executive management on all phases of project plans
- Familiarity with key field service business processes is required.
- Direct management experience in a major field service organization would be considered a strong plus.
- Disciplined approach to meeting cost and time targets
- Exposure to any technical skills above
- Ability to perform demonstrations of the VSI software to potential field service customers with the Sales team
- Integration expertise to ERP systems are a big plus
- 20-30% travel may be required
Implementation Consultants
- Bachelors Degree preferred, with 3+ years of experience
- Experience with call center and field service systems and related business processes
- Experience with web apps (skills in HTML, CSS, web concepts)
- SQL knowledge is mandatory
- Familiarity with WSDL, REST, SOAP or other service oriented architecture integration technologies is a big plus
- Integration expertise to ERP systems are a big plus
- 20-30% travel may be required
